It adds privacy for logins, payments, browsing and messaging on networks you don't control. VPN access becomes available once your Aruba data bundle starts. The VPN doesn't switch on automatically just because My eSIM connected. The website dashboard only manages your VPN account; you can't establish the connection from the dashboard. In Aruba, local carriers and public Wi-Fi at hotels, airports and cafés see more of your connection than your home network does. Turning the VPN on adds privacy on those networks.
